Student advising office ("Studienbüro") available by phone and e-mail

Due to the new legal regulation of the Infection Protection Act, the student advising office ("Studienbüro") is not open to the public until further notice. During the official office hours (Mon-Thu 10am-12pm), the staff can be reached by phone as well as by e-mail. Personal appointments (should they be absolutely necessary) will only take place by prior arrangement. | more information

If you are studying in the Bachelor of Science program or in the Bachelor/Master of Education program in Computer Science and you have any questions on how to register or withdraw from exams on JOGUStINe, please contact Ms. Liadze Miske. She is responsible for issuing certificates of performance or certificates for the above mentioned programs and she enters recognized academic achievements in the system. Requests to the examination board, such as deadline extensions or medical certificates in the event of absence during examinations, can also be submitted to her.

Course Manager

If you have any questions on how to register or withdraw from courses, please contact Ms. Sahrakhiz. She is in charge of organizing courses and also supervises the registration process. Furthermore, she is in charge of room arrangement for Computer Science and is the person to contact when you need to reserve a seminar or practice class room.

Dr. Stefan Endler

Subject Manager

Dr. Stefan Endler is the head of the student advising office and is responsible for management and coordination of the modularized degree programs. He is in charge of organizing courses and examinations and contributes to the conceptual and organizational development of the degree programs in Computer Science. Dr. Stefan Endler is also a departmental advisor (Studienfachberater) for Computer Science.

Office hours: Wednesday 11.00 am - 12.00 pm and by appointment.
